Short-Term Furnished Rentals:

Long Term Unfurnished Rentals:
We have access to practically every apartment in Manhattan with lease terms from 12 months and up to 2 years.

Furniture Rental:
We can provide furniture rental services from 3 months up to 12 months.

Long-Distance Preparation:
We will coordinate to ensure you have all of the information, paperwork etc. that will be needed for your move.

Corporate Account Utility / Cable setup:
We can make your apartment move-in ready with coordinating to get your cable and utilities setup in advance.

Diplomat /and Mission to the UN (United Nations):
Some landlords will not allow leases to be signed by individuals with diplomatic immunity. We will help you navigate through this maze and find you the right diplomat-friendly apartment by the right landlord.
