I worked with Michael Engstrom at Anchor Associates for approx a month and really listened to what me and my wife were looking for and he showed us many apt in our price range. He managed to negoiate good terms and a free months rent on this particular apt we decided to go with.. Michael is true champ in real estate, the next Million Dollar Listing star hopefully.

We went through Anchor Associates, and specifically Helene Campbell in order to find my son an apartment for his last year of college. We were out of state, but Helene made it as easy as possible for questions, concerns, and next steps. We almost gave up, but with her perseverance my son now has an apartment of his own. I would highly recommend Anchor, and more specifically Helene, for any future apartment hunting ventures.

This review is for Paloma. She is very easy to work with - extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find the right home. When my girlfriend and I found a unit we liked, Paloma went back the following day and measured the dimensions of the living room to make sure our furniture would fit. Would recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in New York City.

Mick is the best! He was incredibly patient in answering all of our questions, showing us places that fit our criteria without pushing anything that we didn''t want. We are new to the process and he was very helpful in managing our expectations, helping us through the process, and generally holding our hand(s) as we were thinking about our future home. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an apartment. I''m sure he''d be great for rentals as well.
