As a first-time apartment hunter in NYC, I found the process incredibly stressful and overwhelming. I spent my first few days visiting disaster after disaster, either by myself or with other brokers, feeling like I would never find what my roommate and I were looking for.
I called Gilad Paz at Anchor Associates to inquire about an online listing. From the start, Gilad was calm, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I just wanted to send along some feedback regarding our experience working with John Santulli, who helped us search for an apartment in the upper east side his past August. Although we didn't end up renting any of the apartments that he showed us (we found one on our own), he was incredibly helpful throughout the process and certainly went above and beyond. In my experience with brokers, which has been many since I've moved 8 times in the last 10 years, John was by far the the best. He was very motivated, honest, and incredibly professional.
