This review is a few months overdue, but I worked with Stephanie Kenna to find my place in July and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! In addition to being an absolute delight to run around the city with, Stephanie quickly understood what I was looking for and didn''t waste my time with apartments lacking my ''must haves'' (not to mention being incredibly patient while I bounced back and forth between a 1 bed or 2). She put in so much time and effort to see places while I was out of town, Facetiming me in to those she thought could be a fit. I trusted her enough to actually sign a lease without setting foot in the apartment first, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend her!

This review is for Chris Boggs. I''m in the process of moving from San Francisco to New York City and he made it completely seamless. My goal was to have a lease signed before I got to NYC and be able walk right into my own place. Every other leasing agent, broker, landlord, family member, and friend told me that was impossible to because in NYC landlords will only rent people that come see the apartments in person. I had my girlfriend reach out to Chris and he responded within minutes to set up a time to see the apartment. I followed up with Chris the next day and he was nothing responsive. If he didn''t know the answer he got it for me within an hour at the most. On multiple occasions he responded to emails I sent late at night my time and on the weekends. I would highly recommend Chris, he was amazing!

I would like to write this review for Howard Hauptman. My colleague recommended Howard after I got relocated to NYC back in Nov. His patience, integrity and quality of service struck me. He helped me to find rentals last year. He is always on time for appointments, and always listen to me attentively. Eventually I found a short term rental through a friend, yet, I still appreciate his help and efforts. Six months went by and I started to think seriously about buying. I thought of Howard immediately and I called him. He threw himself wholeheartedly to find me the best home in NYC. Long story short, we went through a lot of frustration and anger in the process. After an accepted offer was annulled, I decided to rent as i need to move out soon. Then, Howard started to look for rental again for me. Eventually, he found the perfect rental for me and I moved in this week. I am so happy to finally find my own place and settle down. Howard helps to find my dream place and he is a great friend of mine. In the process, I have learned a lot from him about customer service, about NYC, family and even life in general.
