We moved in New York from Italy in June. We needed a big home with three bedrooms that , we understood, was quite difficult in Manhattan. In addition to that, we became aware soon that if you are not an american citizen, if you have no credit history, social security number and billions of dollars deposited in an american bank, your chance to find your house become very little.
