My sister and I were looking for our very first apartment and we really didn’t know what to expect. When I contacted Natalia she was very thorough in explaining the process of looking for/applying for an apartment in NYC. We also had a very tight budget but Natalia made sure not to show us anything we couldn’t afford. She was kind and honest about what we would be able to find and what neighborhood would suit us best. She also had great communication and always replied to our questions and concerns right away.
We had a very limited amount of time to find an apartment, but Natalia worked hard within our timeline and never made us feel rushed into any decisions.

I worked with Jesse Lerner - he was so unbelievably great. I called Anchor on a Thursday afternoon, spoke with Jesse, told him what I was looking for and on Friday he showed us 5 apartments. One of which, is the apartment we got! There were complications on my end with some credit issues and he was so patient and helped us through it all. It was truly such a pleasure working with him. Would highly recommend him!!
