Kelly Neptune from Anchor was our broker and she was great. We were from out of state, have never lived in New York (and, therefore, didn't know the neighborhoods or the market at all), and didn't have a firm date for our move to New York. Not an easy set of circumstances. We must have contacted at least 10 brokers. Kelly set herself apart from all the others. She was responsive (extremely important), worked with our travel schedule to set up a time to view apartments, really did listen to what we were looking for, and followed up before our visit with a list of the actual apartments we were going to see. Having that information beforehand was invaluable. And knowing that we may not be renting an apartment after the first visit did not deter Kelly. We felt that she was working to build a relationship and wasn't just trying to make a quick "sale." We came to New York twice and the second set of apartments were even more tailored to our priorities than the first. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Kelly. She helped us find a great apartment that met our needs, and six months later we are even happier with our apartment/neighborhood than when we first moved in, which says a lot.
When I started looking at apartments last year, I was not going to go for a broker, but I met Keida, had her show me several apartments, and eventually ended up finding an apartment through her. She is very professional and courteous, and really tries to match your expectations to what''s out there. I highly recommend her, even to those skeptical about brokers.

Choosing an agent in New York City is not easy to do from afar. From the moment my husband first got off the phone with you he said that you were the agent he would like to use. Your professionalism, kindness and understanding came through right away on the phone and did not disappoint in person.
