List With UsI have to say it has been a while since I have looked at apartment rentals and used to know many people in the Real Estate business. I, myself, am a New Yorker and know the market pretty well. However, I needed to rent an apartment for my daughter and needed a short term lease. Many places I called wouldn''t even waste their time dealing with me, as they knew their "commissions" would not be tremendous.
I stumbled upon a great young man by the name of Nicolas Goforth, who was kind, patient, friendly, and totally willing and able to find us what we were looking for.
Our needs were as important to him, as any other deals he might of been working on which would have ultimately made him more money.

I reached out to Jin Jin about an apartment listing on a website and she was very quick to respond. Despite her busy schedule she was willing to meet me the next day (Saturday) to show me the apartment. I found Jin Jin to be a wonderful broker. She is extremely patient and unlike many brokers she actually listened to our requirements and showed us many quality apartments in addition to the one we initially requested. Jin Jin is extremely professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about the NYC real estate market. I would highly recommend her for your apartment hunting needs.

I have worked with a number of different real estate agents in NYC over the past year and after having spent time with Ronny Zimin, I chose to stop working with anyone other than him. While most agents are good at their job, Ronny is exceptional. He is meticulous, genuine, thoughtful, and caring. When he shows you properties, he has done his research and has listened carefully to what his clients specific needs and want are. He will not waste your time with properties that don''t fit your criteria. Lastly, he is an excellent listener. I found him to be well versed in the real estate field, yet always open to learning more without embarrassment, ego, or defensiveness.
