Andrew Vo was the absolute best broker I could have asked for. He helped my roommate and I find our first apartment after we'd graduated from college and somehow managed to find us the PERFECT apartment. He took everything we asked for and delivered like no one else could have.

Andrew was always available to answer questions, explain New York City housing rules, show us any apartments we were interested in and act as a sounding board for any tough decisions. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a broker, helping us with paperwork, continuously making himself available for questions even after we'd signed our place and delivering some of the most delicious cookies I've had as a move in gift for us.

Andrew always brought a positive energy to everything even when it was over 100 degrees outside and made what should have been a very trying and irritating experience a fun adventure and I would whole heartedly recommend him to absolutely anyone. This review is for my recent experience with Harry Ego.

Moving apartments in Manhattan is typically a nightmare with so many different options, floor plans, prices, locations, etc. but Harry helped transform the experience and turn it from an enormous undertaking into a simple task.

It started when I responded to an apartment listing on one of the main apartment sites. I was less than thrilled about the space once I saw it for myself. Instead of just ending the engagement after the showing, he asked us some very thorough questions to get an idea of what I was looking for. It''s not that uncommon for this to happen, but Harry''s knowledge of the market and the apartments available really showed when he came back with several listings that met all of my criteria.

I don''t typically give a second chance after having a bad first experience but Harry''s confidence helped sway my opinion and give a few of his new listings a shot.

The very next apartment wasn''t even on the market for a full day when he brought us to see it. Not 5 seconds had passed before I was sold and knew that he found my new home. It met all of the criteria I had laid out (some of which might not have been so easy) and I''m now in love with the new place.

Unlike many other brokers and agents, Harry treated me like a family member.

- Showed up on time to all appointments
- Acted very professional in all of our engagements
- Was very clear and precise on all of the required information that was needed during the application process

Added Bonus: since we were able to make a quick decision on an apartment that was new to market and apply within 24 hours, he was kind and gave us a reduced price on the fee. Being that Manhattan is one of the most expensive cities, incentives like that always make for a happy client.
