List With UsHaving just graduated from college, I am moving to New York in two weeks to start a job and, this being my first apartment, I was very anxious about the whole process. I found an apartment on the NYTimes real estate section that I thought looked like a good fit for me and e-mailed the realtor, Anchor's Aleksandra Milanova. Unlike many of the realtors that I had e-mailed, she responded very quickly and was extremely professional throughout our e-mail correspondence and multiple phone calls. She listened to my desires and kept in mind my price range and I could not have asked for a better experience!
When I flew to NY to meet with her in person to see the various apartments she had chosen for me, she was very pleasant and extremely prepared to answer any and all questions I had about the various apartments we visited. She showed me a great variety (doorman buildings, walk-ups, luxury bldgs etc.) and at various price points. Every building we walked into she had clearly called ahead to make an appointment and was very knowledgable about its amenities and the area.

I can highly recommend Nick Goforth as a reliable agent to find the perfect place in the city! We were looking for an apartment but were not living there yet and needed help lining up suitable options that had what we wanted on our list. He was able to schedule many apartments to look at that met our criteria and walked us through a well-organized day all mapped out by Nick. It was a painless experience and we settled on a great place in a neighborhood we did not yet know, but really liked.
