This review is for Donna Hughes. I was moving from Atlanta to NYC and needed to find an apartment. I had originally planned my trip to NYC, but Hurricane Sandy delayed my trip a week. Donna was still able to meet with me and ended up walking around the city with me through a terrible snow storm. She is the best! I was looking for an apartment downtown (preferably West Village) and we looked at several places in the West Village, East Village, Union Square and NoHo. I absolutely fell in love with the apartment I ended up renting, but since it was the second place we saw, she wanted to make sure it was truly what I wanted. We continued to move through the snow storm around the city and finally I was convinced it was what I wanted. Donna was so great to work with. She would help me decide whether the space would fit my stuff and would talk me through how I could lay out the room. It was really helpful for me since this is my first apartment in NYC. After we met with the management company and decided on the place, Donna met me back at the apartment the next day to take measurements before we went to go sign the lease. I really felt like she cared that I found the perfect place for me and it was so exciting! Donna really is wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone moving to NYC (especially if you are from far away). I had been very overwhelmed with the idea of finding an apartment and she immediately was able to calm my nerves by showing me some great apartments. Donna truly has a passion for what she does and it shows. Such a pleasure to work with her!

Bo Gorman was the answer to our prayers!! My fiance and I recently worked with Bo in our search for a new apartment and could not have been happier with our results. We initially came to Bo with nothing more than a budget and a location and he was able to ask all the right questions to help determine the best fit for us. Over the course of the afternoon he showed us a wide variety of apartments that gave us a good sense of the market and allowed us to weigh all of our options. Throughout the process he was honest, attentive, and a pleasure to spend the day with. Thanks to Bo we are now in an amazing apartment that has exceeded our expectations of what we thought we could find within our budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Danielle was extremely helpful to me and my roommate during our apartment search. I had previously dealt with other brokers and I must say Danielle was by far the most efficient and listened to what our needs were. She took us to exactly the kinds of places we were looking for and made sure we were aware of anything that we needed to know during the search (i.e. apartment fees, comparable prices, etc).
