His diligence, knowledge of the market, and astute attention to detail made our apartment search run extremely smooth. We spent almost 6 hours with him and saw over 20 apts. His preparation and organization allowed us to feel very comfortable in choosing an apartment that same day, which most likely wouldn’t have been available had we waited. My roommate and I worked with Kelly Neptune. Both of us were moving from out of state, and Kelly was very understanding and accommodating to us, knowing that we needed to find an apartment within the two day''s time that we had in New York. Before we met Kelly, she was very friendly and communicative over email/phone and easily approachable.
Throughout the apartment search process, Kelly was extremely genuine, patient, and knowledgeable. She showed us several apartments and buildings that fit our parameters and, throughout, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each place. At no point did we feel like Kelly was rushing or pushing us, which made us feel very good about working with her.
When it came time to sign the lease on the apartment we chose, Kelly guided us through each step and made sure that we knew what was coming next. The entire process went very smoothly, and both my roommate and I couldn''t be happier.
