My fiance and I moved to NYC from DC for new jobs (we''re professionals in our mid-late twenties) and had one weekend to find a place. We found Francois Baron at Anchor through some other Yelp review and took our chances--and we''re glad we did.
Communication leading up to our weekend of searching was very easy and clear. We gave Francois a price range and explained the amenities we were hoping for. He was pretty good about showing us places at the lower end of our range (as requested), and in the neighborhoods we wanted.
It was also a stressful time for us with many big life decisions involved, and Francois was patient while we took some time to discuss things privately here and there. He was also just pleasant to be around.

We worked with Eyal Zabari and he was great! He did his job thoroughly and pleasantly. Unlike many other brokers we''ve met, Eyal was not pushy, not high-pressure, honest, and just a good guy with true intentions to help us. He found us a nice place with seemingly good management so far, and he has continued to be of service to us after signing the lease. Also, we signed our lease in Anchor''s own office, which may be the nicest, most professional looking real estate office I''ve seen so far. Very happy with Anchor and especially Eyal!
