This review is for Elliot Garcia. Brokers in NYC can be pushy annoying and try to make you look like you''re awful because you didn''t sign with them! Elliot was the exact opposite! He was super patient and had to wait half hour the first time he showed me an apartment, asked me exactly what I wanted and went on to show me listing he thought I''d like. He showed me only 4 but they were the best 4 anybody else had bothered to show!

He''s great to work with, considerate and when it comes to brokers, you will most likely not find anyone nicer!

Jonathan is a creditable broker whom you can trust and rely on. Not only does he understand the recent behaviors of the real estate market, but he also provides reliable advice. He is a very fair person who makes reasonable judgements based on his clients'' personal backgrounds and situations. I was one of the cases who needed housing soon since I had just relocated from a different continent and had no idea about apartment hunting in NY. Jonathan had successfully found me an apartment that fit my preferences which I knew had high hurdles, but had done it smoothly. He is definitely a broker that anyone would want to work together with.

John Santulli was our agent. He was great. We called him on Saturday and he was ready on Monday. Not only was he prompt, he was able to meet our very specific criteria including 2 dogs, which is not an easy thing in NYC. Anchor was cool as well because they were able to reduce the crazy expensive fees from 15-10%, which is still high, but very fair relative to NYC.
