My husband and I worked with Konstantin upon the recommendation of a very good friend to buy our apartment in Brooklyn. We had a wonderful experience.
Konstantin had the experience and knowledge to guide us through every aspect of the process - we are both second-time homebuyers, but neither of us had bought in NYC before, and would not have been able to navigate the murky waters of purchasing a Brooklyn co-op apartment without Konstantin''s help.
He was very responsive and impressively proactive about all aspects of our purchase. He was in constant communication and even made multiple calls to our mortgage broker to help translate what was going on when there were unexpected delays with the loan.

Konstantin is simply put a professional! He is personable and responsive. Attentive to his clients needs and is not afraid to push the limits of his excellence. I was searching for a good apt. to rent in NYC, and was referred to Konstantin. I made an appointment with him the same day I called, which was very convenient. He was responsive, guided me through the whole process and I ended up with a great apt. at the unbelievable building. You can''t be wrong, choosing Konstantin as your broker. He is very knowledgeable and that is obvious that real estate is his passion, not just work. Overall, my experience was just great. I highly recommend Konstantin as dedicated and client-oriented professional.

Konstantin Zaliznyak
Konstantin helped me find a one bedroom in late spring 2012 and was easy to work with, answering text messages and emails immediately and was overall very patient.. He took the time to really understand what I was looking and only showed me places that matched my criteria. I''ve heard horror stories of brokers dragging people from one apartment to another, many of those apartments not even close to what they were looking for. My case was definitely better, I think we looked at about 15 places until I found ''the one'' and after three months of living in my new apartment I still fall in love with it every day :)

Konstantin Zaliznyak is a superb broker. In connection with a relocation to NYC, we told him what exactly what we wanted, in what location, and how much we wanted to pay. And we were rather demanding, at that! When we arrived in New York, Konstantin was ready and waiting. The first afternoon, he showed us six apartments, and each one was a great fit. Even though he was prepared to meet with us the following day, we chose one of the first apartments that first day. Konstantin then walked us through the application process, and worked with us and the management company to insure that the process went smoothly. Move-in has been accomplished and the apartment is wonderful.
We liked Konstantin so much we recommended him to a friend that week (and he has now moved into the new apartment Konstantin helped him to find) and are recommending him to a relative moving back to the city soon. We recommend him to all!

We were searching for a nice apartment in Manhattan, and we got the contact of Mr.Konstantin Zaliznyak of Anchor Associates through our internet searching. We contacted him and his response was so immediate and positive. He had scheduled the appointment as per our convenience and when we met he understood our requirements and showed us some apartments which were all good. He also tried hard in finding a really good deal for us. In all I want to say that he is really a good and knowledgeable broker and a nice person....who makes u feel very comfortable to work with him.
I would really like to take his help in my future home searching and would definitely refer him to my friends/relatives.
