What a joy to work with a gentleman who is honest. I dealt with two other brokers from different firms in this process:one falsely advertised a listing no fee, then sent someone else to show the listing (who was late) and did not listen to my geographic preferences. The first time I met Stephen he made full disclosure of the type of business relationship we had and he was ALWAYS ON TIME. As a busy professional, I can say without reservation that Stephen WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.If you have clear housing goals,he will exceed your expectations. Very efficient for people relocating to NYC from abroad or out of state. Efficient for people who cannot take a lot of time off from work to look for property - both rental and sales.

Thank you very much for your help in finding me an apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. There were so many choices and options out there that you really helped me cut through the clutter and find my perfect apartment. I never once felt pressured to make a fast decision and found you to be very open and honest in assessing each apartment that we visited (over 15 the first day). What I found most impressive was that even after the initial paperwork and payment was made you continued to answer my countless questions and keep me in the loop about the process in a very timely fashion. You were also great at helping me understand all of the complex paperwork and made sure that each I was dotted and each T crossed. I always felt like I was your number one priority and you certainly continued to provide top notch customer service even well after the transaction took place.

As a newcomer to the New York City real estate scene, I was so lucky to have found Stephen Yoon to assist me in my apartment search. From the beginning, Stephen was full of helpful, honest information. He listened carefully to the type of apartment for which I was searching,and he proceeded to prepare a list of apartments that perfectly matched my search criteria. He did not try to stretch the limits by showing me apartments out of my specified budget, and I felt that he created a list of apartments which were of the highest quality for my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the specifics of the real estate market in New York. I definitely trusted his judgment and felt that he had my best interest at heart.
