Dear Mr. Schultz:
In this day and age when most people like me are extremely busy, one usually only takes the time to write a letter when there is something to complain about. On the contrary, however, I’d like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the excellent job that your salesperson Ronny Zimin did for my daughter in finding her an apartment.
My daughter recently moved back to New York, landed a job on Friday, August 27 with a start date on Monday, August 30 and time was of the essence in finding an apartment. We called Ronny on Saturday morning and despite the short notice he was able to meet with us that afternoon with a list of apartments to show us in the area in which we were interested. Ronny showed us several apartments and the last one was just what my daughter was looking for. Ronny met us at the apartment building a couple of days later to assist with the paperwork, my daughter signed the lease, and moved in this past Saturday.
Ronny is a very down to earth person who did not under-sell or over-sell any of the apartments that he showed us and, most importantly, sought my daughter’s input into what she liked and didn’t like about the apartments to better focus his search. Ronny fully disclosed which apartments would entail a fee and which would not and was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire process. It is a stressful process finding an apartment in New York City especially in such a short timeframe and Ronny’s pleasant, reassuring demeanor served to alleviate our anxiety. In sum, Ronny excelled at fulfilling your company’s goal of Honesty, Professionalism and Quality Customer Service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ronny to anyone searching for an apartment in New York City.

Alex and I met over the course of a couple of months with about 4 different brokers, and we liked you the best. By the end we were only working with you. You were super responsive. You listened and showed us apartments based on our criteria -- you didn''t try to "upsell" or show us things we weren''t interested in. You never acted like you were "doing us a favor" by showing us places. You were on time to appointments. Also, due to my indecision & Alex''s being out of town, you showed us a TON of places over the course of several days, but never gave off the vibe like you were wasting your time. You also didn''t "oversell" either.
Would be great to meet up sometime. Hope you''re doing well, made a ton of $$ during the busy season and can now sit back & relax and enjoy it.

I can only say positive things about our apartment search with Ronny. My husband and I were looking for an elevator building on the Upper West Side and the other brokers couldn''t even begin to show us what we wanted. We were getting very discouraged and then we met with Ronny the next day. He sat down with us to review our search criteria and then showed us apartments with the amenities and price range we were looking for. We found our new home that day. Ronny made it so easy! He helped us with the application paperwork and was our support system through the entire process. Anyone looking for a broker who is down to earth, respectful, and serious about your apartment search should work with Ronny.

Other than knowing every Starbucks on the Upper West Side, Ronny will also show you nice apartments and doesn''t waste your time seeing the junk that is out there. He is not pushy like many brokers out there and was a pleasure to work with. Ronny made looking for an apartment in New York City an enjoyable experience.
