"Claire Greenebaum and Andy Klima are consummate professionals. My daughter had less than a month to find a studio apartment in New York. I visited from San Francisco to scout apartments and Andy Klima provided a great selection of apartments to view. We ventured out the second day, as Claire was determined to find us what we were looking for. As we walked into the apartment that we ultimately chose, we all looked at each other with affirmation. Claire is a great broker. She asks the right questions to find out what you are looking for and she doesnt give up until she finds just the right place within the prescribed budget. And she is a sincere delight to work with. We arrived on Saturday and signed a lease on Tuesday....great studio in a great neighborhood on the UES. Claire and Andy both deserve kudos.
