Yuliya did not oversell properties, was honest in valuation and allowed time (and silent pause) for me to think things through. Not only did she help us find some great places quickly, she got us everything we both wanted all within our budget. She is super responsive and knows the NYC real estate market very well. I have worked with many brokers over the years and can flat out state that Yuliya was the most responsive and got me the best listings in my budget than anyone else I have worked with in the past.
