From the beginning Zack was very responsive to all emails and text. After meeting with him the first time, I really felt comfortable with him and I felt that he knew EXACTLY what my boyfriend and I were looking for. He never pushed me into looking at places that were outside of my budget or location. He took a day showing my boyfriend and I all over the UES, showing us ton of one bedrooms and the area. After just a few outings we ended up finding a place in a great location, it was a very quick and easy application process with Zack, he was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had. VERY organized and knowledgeable about the area. I would strongly recommend him!

It took three years, the first apt I went to see I thought i was in love, if it weren’t for Phil I’d prly be selling what I bought 3 years ago and unhappy. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He let me use his space to work his team goes to him for everything because he knows so much. When I was towards the end of the process I was required to take a home buyers course that teaches you about the process. As I sat through the 8 hour class i was in disbelief that I knew everything that was being said because I had a broker who taught me everything along the way and ensured I wasn’t jumping in to something I would later on regret. He made the ENTIRE process fun and easy. Everyone I worked with I met through him and was amazing. We have created long lasting friendships! I’m actually with him right now!!

Larry Mackler, from Anchor Associates did an amazing job finding us a new home in Manhattan. We found him via one of his listings posted on Craigslist and gave him a call. Not only did he return our call within the hour, but he was very professional on the phone as well. He was very concerned with what we wanted in our apartment and was an excellent listener. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and were pleasantly surprised that he had 6 apartments for us to see that day! Not only were the apartments in great buildings and locations, but most of them met our needs regarding closet space and kitchens with stainless steel appliances. We definitely were very happy with the apartment we found with him and highly recommend him as a broker!

Fabiana was completely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Communication was always prompt and concise. Though an apartment was ultimately not rented from her, that is not a reflection on her, and I would not hesitate to work with her again.
